How to Delete Your Alve Live Account

You can permanently delete your Alve Live account at any time. Deleting your account will remove all personal data, chat history, and any content you created. This action is irreversible.

Delete from the Alve Live App

  1. Open the Alve Live app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation.

Delete via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to [email protected] using the address linked to your account. Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your:

  • Full name
  • Registered phone number
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Our support team will confirm your request within 24 hours and permanently delete all data within 7 days, in compliance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR right-to-erasure requirements.
